i have dyed my hair quite a few times which im guesing is why its so dry. Is there anything i can use to repair the damage? x

I had the same problem. I used an at home highlighting kit that just fried my hair. I tried so many products to fix it! Then I bought a jar of Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment. stay await from heat for a while. try airdrying your hair and if you absolutely have to flat-iron try using the lowest heat setting your hair will allow. Deep condition atleast once a week with a moisturizing conditioner to get your hair back to its former health. every other day make sure you spray your hair with a leave in and daily use a very light moisturizer.

Repair the damage I doubt. Alot of conditioning treatments can improve your hair but not reverse the damage. If its real bad, Try trimming the hair a bit. You must get rid of the damaged hair. Stay away from hair products like colorings and harsh chemicals for awhile. A cholesterol treatment is recommended

try deep deep conditioning at least once a week. Or at this website, you can get a damage repair conditioner. It works really well and is really cheap. Also stay away from heat. Try some braids or some protective styles
