Dry hair extensions?

I've had my extensions for about 4 months and the ends are really dry and always have breakage and split ends - is there any way I can make them feel healthy and glossy?

I'd like advice only about hair extensions, just incase some methods make my bonds become weak.

I've had extensions for 6 months. Use cholestoral conditioning just on the ends,let sit for 10min. There are also conditioners for hair extensions only.
