Dry hair help!!!?

My ends are so dry and brittle that they break off really easy. I am trying really hard to grow my hair out long, but it ain't growing so fast with they dryness. Any one know of something that is great(cheap) to use on my ends???

you can buy hair vitamins at a local drugstore or grocery store, and they aren't very expensive. it will make your hair stronger and healthier so it can grow faster. also, try this at night... on your dry hair, put some conditioner on your hair and really rub it in, repeat this a few times, tie your hair up, and go to bed. in the morning, just wash your hair as usual. after doing this a few times, you'll really notice your hair getting soft.

use pantene pro v restorations shampoo and conditioner.

Ok so do you colour or Highlight your hair?? If not,, getting a trim on a reg basis keeps the split ends at bay,, if you leave it then it will keep breaking off and just continue to keep your hair short,, but if you get a cut, the crisp cut of a scissor keeps it tamed, and your hair grows longer,, yeah I know thats the way it is,, you cut it more it grows more!! sounds nutty but take it from a stylist with 15years experience. Cut the split ends off before it spreads. Try lissExtreeme serum from L"oreal,, salon product, not drugstore!! $20

Get it cut, not just trimmed but cut. A cut will get rid of most of the damage (depending on how much you get cut off) and it will grow alot faster. =)

I use Sunsilk leave in spray conditioner. You can use it on wet or dry hair. It leaves my hair soft, silky and mends the split ends. It smells good too. I just used a highlighting kit a few days ago and it really dried my hair out. I used a few spritzes of the Sunsilk and it's almost back to normal. It make it go from straw to smooth and healthy. I highly recommend it!

Use Fructis, it mosturizes really well and smells great! Oh yeah and its pretty cheap!
