I love Sunsilk shampoo.... they have a moisture plus variety that's good for making dry hair feel much nicer. Straightening your hair all the time wont be doing it any favors... perhaps try to do that less. Sometimes I put olive oil on my hair, and wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it on for a few hours, sometimes overnight before washing it out.... this adds moisture. Also its what you eat as well as what put on your hair that nourishes it..... salmon, eggs, dark greens are excellent.

You can either use these hair lotions that you can get at walgreens/walmart and they work great. I get mine at walgreens and try to get the pink product.

Hi, You should first go get all your dry ends cuts. Then try Olive Oil (regular cooking olive oil) at home. Just simply put over your hair and use a towel or shower cap to cover your hair. Let is stay for 20-25 minutes and rinse. You have to rinse several times with just little shampoo to be sure all oil is rinse off. Do it once or twice a week. Try wash your hair every other day (not daily) and do not use conditioner everytime you wash your hair. Good Luck.
