Well, since most blow driers operate off of house voltage, that means you are bringing live wires with you into the shower.
I am assuming that the water is *NOT* running (otherwise why are you drying your hair?) ... however, if you dropped the blow drier onto the tub, it would be exposed to whatever residual water was left there from your shower (or bath).
The risk of shock is pretty good.
