Hair too dry?

my hair is really dry when not wet(duh) but u kno what i mean. its like real oarse and i use conditioner but it doesnt seem to work..any ideas?

mineral oil or baby oil or vegetable oil/olive oil just let ur hair soak in it it also prevents frizz....conditioners noramlly contain some sort of acid or chemical that are actually bad for your hair with natural things you can be sure that it will not damage your hair

apply oil on your hair 1hour before bath or you apply henna paste on your hair and allow till it get dry it will give silkiness to your hair.

Apply a dab of VO5 Conditioning Hairdressing from about the middle of your hair to the tips. Do not apply it to the roots or your hair will look greasy. (It comes in a tube. The box it is packaged in is gold colored).
